Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Danvers, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle and transact incoming packages, unpack items, and ensure accurate receipt against purchase orders.

You will use ERP systems and barcoding, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shift. Requirements: valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and 1+ year warehouse/receiving experience. Oracle experience preferred; pay ranges shown.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of warehouse and receiving experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of warehouse/receiving experience.
• Preferred: Oracle experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle and transact incoming packages in warehouse.
• Unpack incoming items and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
• Maintain records of received goods and create deviations for unsatisfactory items when necessary.
• Use PC and navigate ERP software for materials, barcoding, and inventory.
• A Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
