Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable Warehouse Operator / Shipping Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Houston. Responsibilities include receiving, inventory control, picking and packing orders, forklift operation, shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Warehouse Operator / Shipping Associate

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator / Shipping Associate to support daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include receiving, inventory control, picking and packing orders, forklift operation, shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Pay Rate

$22-$23 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM (OT may be required as well)

Warehouse Operator / Shipping Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
• Reach Truck and Sit Down Forklift experience (required)
• Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship products accurately
• Load and unload trucks
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Support order fulfillment and shipping preparation

Warehouse Operator / Shipping Associate Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous mid-level stand-up forklift experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Background check and screening (required)
