Automation Personnel Services is hiring Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operators for a fast-paced 3PL logistics facility in Pasadena, TX. The role is full-time, temporary with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour. Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, with weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience operating a stand-up reach forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience in 3PL/warehouse settings, including handling supersacks, a plus.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsabilités

• Operate a Stand‑Up Reach Forklift to move, load and unload materials safely.
• Handle supersacks and barrels, loading/unloading trailers while maintaining product integrity.
• Perform inventory movements, replenishment and order fulfillment in a fast-paced 3PL setting.
• Load and unload trailers, containers and railcars accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.

Stand‑Up Reach Forklift Operator – Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate a Stand‑Up Reach Forklift to safely move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse.
• Handle and transport supersacks and industrial barrels daily, loading and unloading trailers while maintaining product integrity.
• Perform inventory movements, replenishment, and order fulfillment in a fast‑paced 3PL environment.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and railcars accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator Qualifications and Requirements

• 4+ years of experience operating a stand‑up reach forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
• Experience working in a warehouse/3PL setting, including handling supersacks, a plus
• Familiarity with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and organization

Job Type
