Custom Processing Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to ensure efficient material movement, receive and ship items, and keep inventory accurate both physically and electronically.

You will work with a team in a high-performance environment, using powered equipment and following strict quality standards. The role emphasizes detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic facility with weekly pay and a strong benefits package after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Experience with powered equipment (forklift, scissor lift, stretch wrap, etc.).
• Experience with electronic inventory systems.
• Self-starter with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming materials, ships outgoing items, and maintains inventory.
• Counts items against packing lists and notes discrepancies.
• Prepares receiving/shipping paperwork and notes shortages or damages.
• Completes movements of raw materials and finished products in physical and electronic systems.
• Maintains warehouse and production floor organization.
• Inspects finished packaged material per customer specs.
• Prepares orders for shipment per customer requirements.
• Follows shipping/receiving work instructions as trained.
• Operates powered equipment as a core function.
• Communicates quality issues with the team and management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As The Warehouse Operator, Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Receives incoming and ships outgoing materials, products, or supplies.
• Counts items received or shipped and checks against packing lists, recording any discrepancies.
• Prepares receiving or shipping paperwork and notes any shortages or damages.
• Accurately and timely completion of movements of raw materials, packaging and finished product both physically and within the electronic inventory system.
• Keep production stations stocked with raw materials and remove finished materials as produced and inspected.
• Maintain the organizational plan laid in within the warehouse and production floor.
• Inspect all finished packaged material in accordance with customer specifications.
• Prepare all orders for shipment per customer requirements.
• Follow all other Shipping and Receiving work instructions as trained.
• Operates powered equipment related to typical warehouse function as a primary part of job.
• Must have working knowledge of basic shipping / receiving activities.
• Communicate quality related issues with appropriate team members.
• Perform various other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Previous experience with powered equipment in a warehouse environment (forklift, scissor lift, stretch wrap machine, etc.).
• Previous experience with electronic inventory systems.
• Self-starter – works effectively with limited supervision involvement.
• Multitasker – ability to intermix job tasks and not lose sight of overall schedule, as well as change direction with little to no notice.
• Prefers to work in a High Performance Team setting, with self-driven accountability.
