Responsibilities

• Receive materials into SAP, verify packing-slip quantities against PO requirements.
• Move items to designated inventory locations and maintain neat storage.
• Provide backup support to shipping operations to maintain workflow.
• Evaluate inventory space and reorganize stock to maximize storage.
• Inspect inbound shipments for damage and document issues before carrier paperwork.
• Pull items from inventory to fulfill Pick/Pack/Ship orders accurately.
• Package outbound items with appropriate materials and safety standards.
• Weigh shipments and apply correct freight charges with approved software.
• Generate packing slips, verify orders, and attach required documentation.
• Coordinate daily pickup times with transportation carriers for handoff.
