Job summary

Owens & Minor in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring a Warehouse Associate to perform distribution center tasks with MHE and RF technology. You will unload, receive, and store goods, and prepare items for shipment using Voice Pick and RF scanning to ensure accuracy.

The role requires safe work practices, punctuality, and ability to operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks. We offer a competitive pay rate and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF technology and picking systems.
• Attention to safety and quality in warehouse tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload pallets from trailers and verify with RF/Voice Pick.
• Put away: move goods to storage using MHE.
• Replenishment: relocate items to pick locations as needed.
• LUM Picking: select items via Voice Pick and RF, place into totes.
• Bulk Picking: pick large items using stock picker and RF/Voice systems.
• Sortation: organize pallets for shipping and staging.
• Loading: load totes/pallets onto trucks for delivery.
