Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload, receive, and prepare orders in a fast-paced distribution center. You will use RF scanning and Voice Pick to accurately count and route products, set up sortation, and load shipments.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team to meet performance goals. Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, performing basic inventory tasks, and learning material handling equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of basic topics (math, reading, typing, etc.).
• Prior experience in a warehouse/distribution center is a plus.
• Warehouse/Operations certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving pallets and cases from inbound trailers and/or containers, using pallet jack, and verifying received quantities.
• Perform LUM picking and place items into totes based on Voice Pick Technology or RF scanner.
• Sortation: prepare sortation area and move cartons to pallets/carts.
• Loading: use RF scanner and pallet jack to load totes/pallets onto trucks for delivery.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct physical inventories and adhere to standard operating procedures.
