Job summary

Owens & Minor, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator in West Deptford, NJ. The role supports logistics with material handling equipment, RF scanning, and Voice Pick operations in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will unload inbound shipments, stock pick locations, and prepare orders for outbound delivery while adhering to safety and quality standards. Training and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Able to unload, receive, and process inbound shipments using RF/Voice Pick.
• Knowledge of WMS technology and RF scanners is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with safety in mind.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (cherry picker, reach truck, double reach, sit down/standup forklift, motorized pallet jack).
• Unloads, receives, and processes inbound shipments.
• Performs bin replenishment and moves product to optimize workflows.
• Picks, packs, sorts and loads outbound products per customer specs.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment and follow safety policies.
• Count and verify inventory with RF or Voice Pick technology.
• Load pallets and totes onto trucks for delivery.
