Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a warehouse associate for our distribution centers in the United States. The role involves unloading pallets, performing voice-pick and RF-based receiving, and preparing pallets for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include load operations, inventory counts, and maintaining safety protocols. Requires ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate basic material handling equipment. Training provided; applicable to diverse shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/distribution center is a plus.
• WMS knowledge or certification helpful.
• Ability to stand/walk on concrete warehouse floors for long periods.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload pallets and cases, count and verify with RF/Voice Pick.
• LUM picking: select items via Voice RF and place into totes.
• Sortation: prepare pallets, move cartons to pallets/carts.
• Loading: use RF to load totes onto trucks; operate pallet jack as needed.
• General: follow safety rules and SOPs, maintain clean work area, assist with inventory.
