Job summary

Owens & Minor in Ashland, Virginia is seeking warehouse team members to assist in receiving, picking, sortation, and loading operations within their distribution facility. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate RF scanners, and maintain a safe work environment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen. Competitive compensation starts at $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs individually or more in a team lift.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets and cases from inbound trailers or containers manually using a pallet jack.
• Select products and quantities as directed by Voice Pick Technology and/or RF scanner.
• Use RF scanner to ensure that totes, pallets, and carts are loaded correctly onto trucks.
