Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the Scranton area seeks a Warehouse Operator III to lead warehouse operations, safely operating equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting team performance. Youll be a subject matter expert in cycle counts and inventory systems while training others and helping meet KPIs.

The role requires forklift certification, high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

SHIFT/SCHEDULE:

This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Warehouse Operator III,you’lltake the lead in warehouse operations by safely operating equipment,maintaininginventory accuracy, and supporting team performance.You’llserve as a subject matter expert in cycle counts and inventory systems, while also training others and helping meet key performance goals. Your leadership and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love — safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate forklifts and advanced material handling equipment
  • Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation
  • Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory systems
  • Organize and label warehouse storage areas
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment while meeting KPIs
  • Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
  • Lead shift meetings and communicate results to goals
  • Train team members on job functions and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with team to prioritize tasks andmaintainworkflow
  • Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 3+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience leading or training others preferred
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Able tolift upto 50lbsand move throughout your shift
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
  • Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
SKILLS:
  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systems
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Able to read, write, and understand English
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and professional
