Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Wisconsin is seeking a night-shift production associate. The role operates on a 2-2-3 schedule from 5pm to 5am, with overtime opportunities and a starting pay of $30.44 per hour plus an extra $1.25 per hour for night shift time.

A probationary rate applies at 80% for the first 90 days, and a Lifestyle Spending Account is provided. A high school degree and 1 year of manufacturing experience are required.

Responsibilities

  • Follow plant safety rules (LOTO procedures, PPE, etc.) and report incidents or unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain a clean and 5S compliant work area.
  • Understand and apply quality management principles and SOPs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in the work area.
  • Adhere to factory safety, environmental, and food safety objectives.
