Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse Operator II for the Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM). You will operate forklifts, support shipping/receiving, and maintain accurate inventory while performing tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed.

The role requires English proficiency, 1+ year of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Onboarding is included, with emphasis on safety and GMPs.

Qualifications

• Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
• Able to obtain forklift certification
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs

Responsibilities

SHIFT/SCHEDULE:

This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

As a Warehouse Operator II, you’ll play a key role in moving, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the warehouse. You’ll operate forklifts and other equipment, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory. You’ll also perform tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed. Your reliability and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love — safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow
• Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
