Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an Operations Clerk II to support production tracking, documentation, and overall efficiency within our facility. You will utilize digital tools, adhere to safety and quality procedures, and ensure organized processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The role operates on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with onboarding for new hires.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain mobile throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
  • Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical tasks to support departmental operations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and productivity reports.
  • Assist with documentation and reporting to meet SOP and GMP standards.
  • Support departmental goals and special assignments as needed.
  • Follow safety rules, GMP, SOP, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

SHIFT/SCHEDULE:

This role operates on the 2nd shift, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 3:00PM - 11:30PM.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As an Operations Clerk II, you will support the department by tracking production, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth operations. You will utilize digital tools, adhere to safety and quality procedures, and keep processes organized. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform clerical tasks to support departmental operations
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and productivity reports
  • Assist with documentation and reporting to meet SOP and GMP standards
  • Support departmental goals and special assignments as needed
  • Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (preferred)

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.98 * . Please note that the pay range provides a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
