Best Maid Cookie Company is seeking an Operator II, Warehouse for the 3rd shift in Dallas, TX. This full-time role performs essential warehouse functions including ERP-based staging, order fulfillment, and product put-away while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position requires warehouse and forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse experience required.
• Forklift experience required - Stand-up (Crown).
• Good verbal and written communication skills including legible handwriting.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify pallet locations quickly and efficiently.
• Pull product from locations accurately.
• Stage product for shipping/transfers utilizing the ERP system.
• Put away product into storage locations accurately.
• Fulfill orders/transfers accurately; load outbound trailers.
• Support production needs by filling ingredient orders from production lines.
• Communicate information and any issues across shifts.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Operate forklift safely and responsibly.
• Complete daily pre and post operation checks of assigned forklift.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties in warehouse.
• Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures.
