Best Maid Cookie Company is seeking an Operator III, Warehouse for 1st shift in Lancaster, NY. You will perform warehouse functions to maintain material and product integrity, comply with safety standards, and support production needs.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 3+ years of warehouse experience, with familiarity in Labelview and the ERP system. This is a full-time, on-site position offering growth opportunities within the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Labelview.
• Intermediate knowledge of ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Load outbound trailers.
• Ensure return ingredients are stored correctly.
• Identify pallet locations quickly.
• Pull product from locations accurately.
• Fill ingredient orders for production.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Complete Product Bin Transfer Log for Data Entry.
• Stage product using ERP system.
• Store product in correct locations.
• Slot product per assignment.
• Fulfill orders/transfers accurately.
• Verify lot codes on inbound.
• Confirm COAs are within spec.
• Enter inbound POs into ERP.
• Communicate issues across shifts.
• Operate forklift safely.
• Daily pre and post operation checks.
• Assist with housekeeping in warehouse.
• Assist other warehouse areas.
• Follow food safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
