Job summary

Hubbard Feeds is hiring a Warehouse Operator II in Springfield, MO. The role focuses on loading bagged feed from warehouse storage to customer and company trailers, using forklifts and related equipment. This is a first-shift position with hours from 6:00 a.m.

to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 55 lbs, and work well in a team environment while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Knowledge of forklift operation and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Good customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Move bagged feed and products from storage to vehicles as directed.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and dolly safely.
• Perform monthly inventories and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete tasks promptly and assist training as needed.
• Support plant leadership with additional duties.
