Job summary

Hubbard Feeds Inc. in Springfield, MO is hiring a Packaging Operator III to run sacking equipment and package feeds according to Akralos specs. This is a 2nd shift position with a $2/hour shift differential, Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m.

to 11:00 p.m. You'll operate delivery equipment, scales, bag hangers, sewing heads, and conveyors to support production. The role requires a High school diploma or GED, good customer service, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must wear PPE as required and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate sacking equipment to package feeds per specifications.
• Monitor bag weights and quality; report out-of-spec conditions.
• Safely operate forklift and other packaging equipment.
• Complete work orders and assist training when needed.
