Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will support warehouse operations by loading, unloading, picking, shipping, and material handling to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and operate basic warehouse equipment. Prior forklift experience and a focus on safety are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for 60 minutes or more.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials.
• Prepares items for shipment or pickup, packaging for protection.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before shipping.
• Installs protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Operates forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assists customers or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials.
