Job summary

White Cap seeks a warehouse associate to support loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. You will ensure items are prepared for pickup or delivery and handled safely and efficiently.

This on-site role requires HS diploma or GED and 0–2 years of related experience. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or related area.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Prepares items for shipment or customer pickup by securely packaging materials.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Installs protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Operates forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area with safety compliance.
• Assists customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials.
