White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a warehouse associate to support operations through loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. You will help ensure items are prepared for pickup or delivery, secured for transport, and handled safely and efficiently.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is helpful, and the team values accuracy, teamwork, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
0-2 years of experience in warehouse/field operations.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials in the warehouse and yard.
Prepare items for shipment or pickup with protective packaging.
Verify product accuracy and condition before shipping or staging.
Protect materials during transport with braces or padding.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with safety policies.
Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors with orders and material location.
