Job description

Job Summary

Pick orders to fulfill production work orders, sample orders, and intercompany raw material transfers. Ensure timely receipt of raw materials to meet customer demand. Ship finished products for distribution.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Open cartons with a safety knife, grasp and pull parts, knot poly bags, and break down corrugate.
2. Operate order picking machine at high heights and wave machine at 10 feet.
3. Read orders and fulfill them using RF tracker for transactions, maintaining performance standards based on the Performance Management System (ProTrack).
4. Use the AS400 system to view inventory.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Required Experience:

1. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
2. Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
3. Ability to stand for 8 hours per day, up to 6 days a week.
4. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and bend, twist, reach, push, and lift for extended periods.
5. Potential requirement to work at an off-site warehouse based on business needs.
6. Willingness to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) regularly, up to 6 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous warehouse experience.
3. Certification on wave and order picker machines.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $18.75 - $26.25 per hour. Actual salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
