Job summary

Caterpillar is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Griffin, GA facility. The role involves operating equipment as applicable and performing core warehousing functions such as receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping materials.

Shifts include 1st and 3rd with overtime opportunities; starting wage is $19.89/hour, plus a 2.00 shift premium for 3rd shift. We offer comprehensive benefits starting day 1 and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Safety PPE usage and procedures are required.
• Experience in logistics/warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment where applicable (sit down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, overhead hoists).
• Unloading, sorting, putting away, picking, packing and shipping parts and materials.
• Read work orders and move materials accordingly; prepare for transit and secure loads.
