Job summary

Staples is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in our World Class Supply Chain team. You may rotate through six areas including Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator, Warehouse Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping.

The role emphasizes operating forklifts and related equipment, upholding safety standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced, multi-area environment. Training and certification support is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months related warehouse experience or equivalent training/education.
• Pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Full-time role may require overtime based on business needs.
• Able to lift 70–100 pounds by hand and work at heights.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick products up to 100 lbs and move within the warehouse.
• Perform warehouse porter duties including cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Replenish inventory by operating equipment and moving goods safely.
• Receive, put away, and returns processing with accuracy and communication.
• Ship orders, shrink-wrap, and load trucks; maintain a safe workspace.
