Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Marinette, WI is seeking an Operator to support manufacturing operations. You will load and unload products, stock the warehouse, and maintain bay integrity.

The role requires 1+ years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime. Pre-employment testing applies.

Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED (accredited).
• 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and math skills.
• Able to maintain a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
• Ability to operate a clamp/fork truck and sweeper.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading product/materials using a clamp truck or fork truck.
• Storing finished goods in warehouse.
