Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a forklift operator to load, unload, and move materials within our New Berlin facility, operating powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.

You will follow production schedules, perform daily equipment checks, and maintain clean, safe work areas. A High School diploma or equivalent, basic math/reading skills, and forklift certification are required, with a valid driver's license and safe driving record preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Good math, language and reading skills; basic computer skills may be required.
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards; clean driving record preferred.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to load/unload materials and deliveries.
• Move materials to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks.
• Transport goods using pallets or slip sheets and stack in designated bays.
• Check loads are secure and perform daily forklift checks per OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow production schedules.
