Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. in Memphis seeks a Forklift Certified Clerical Supply Chain Associate to support warehouse operations and clerical tasks. Responsibilities include receiving, inventory control, and material handling with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

The role is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, onsite at the Memphis Distribution Center. Ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehousing and forklift operation, and strong computer/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of warehouse, distribution, receiving, or inventory control experience.
• Experience using warehouse management systems to receive inventory.
• Strong computer skills with ERP/inventory systems.
• At least 1 year operating forklifts and powered equipment.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in English in verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments using warehouse management systems and inventory tools.
• Verify incoming products against purchase orders and shipment docs.
• Unload received product and move inventory using warehouse equipment.
• Operate reach trucks, dock stockers, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Store inventory in designated locations and maintain accuracy.
• Use RF scanners and ERP systems to track inventory movement.
• Support picking, packing, labeling, loading, and shipping as needed.
• Verify item numbers and product descriptions throughout the process.
• Perform clerical inventory functions associated with receiving and warehousing.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and follow safety procedures.
• Participate in cross-training across receiving, inventory, and clerical roles.
