Job summary

IDEXX in Memphis is seeking a Forklift Certified Clerical Supply Chain Associate to support warehouse operations at the Memphis Distribution Center. You will handle inbound receiving, clerical tasks, and material handling, using WMS/ERP systems and forklifts to move inventory safely and accurately.

On-site, 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with benefits and cross-training opportunities to grow in a fast-paced environment dedicated to accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in warehouse, distribution, receiving, or inventory control.
• Experience receiving inventory with computerized inventory or WMS.
• Strong computer skills with inventory/ERP systems.
• At least 1 year operating forklifts and related equipment.
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with team members.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory transactions.
• Ability to balance clerical tasks with hands-on warehouse duties.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to cross-train and learn across functions.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments using WMS and inventory tools.
• Verify incoming products against PO, packing slips, and docs.
• Unload and transport inventory with forklifts and equipment.
• Move and store materials safely in designated locations.
• Use RF scanners and systems to track inventory movements.
• Support picking, packing, labeling, loading, and shipping.
• Confirm item numbers, descriptions, and quantities for accuracy.
• Perform clerical inventory functions for receiving and control.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and leadership to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and follow procedures.
• Cross-train across receiving, inventory, clerical, and warehouse roles.
