Job summary

Iconex, based in Morristown, Tennessee, is seeking a Material Handler to support production by loading materials, stocking presses, and maintaining accurate inventory for on-time delivery.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic computer skills, and strong teamwork with a commitment to safety. The 12-hour rotating shift (6:45am–7:00pm) offers bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification or experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer and math skills for inventory reporting.
• Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and clamp trucks to load/unload trucks, move raw materials, and stock presses.
• Keep production machines stocked with materials and prepare supplies for operators to meet production schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through work orders, pick slips, cycle counts, and transfers.
• Perform basic forklift maintenance and troubleshoot transfer issues.
• Keep receiving, raw material, and production areas clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and reporting protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
