Shank’s Extracts, LLC d/b/a Universal Ingredients – Shank’s is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Lancaster, PA to support inbound/outbound shipments and assist in daily warehouse production and shipping/receiving needs.

The role requires experience in warehouse environments, the ability to work well with coworkers and vendors, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel and ERP systems. Strong safety and accuracy standards are essential in this fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading freight as needed.
• Accurately fulfill customer orders and loads safely.
• Ensure shipments are counted, labeled, and tracked.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Organize Finished goods and Raw materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory and supplies per company needs.
• Operate warehouse equipment and cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Safely operate forklift to transfer materials and goods.
• Perform ERP system tasks and production orders as needed.
• Drive or operate a box truck as required.
