Job summary

Shank’s Extracts, LLC d/b/a Universal Ingredients – Shank’s is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Lancaster, PA. The role supports incoming/outgoing shipments, production flow, and inventory control while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, accurate order fulfillment, forklift operation, ERP tasks, and coordination with drivers and vendors. This position requires basic math, strong communication, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment and basic math for inventory tasks.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel and standard office software.
• Knowledge of warehousing systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading freight and fulfill customer orders safely.
• Count, label, and organize shipments; support cycle counts.
• Operate forklift and wrapping equipment to move goods.
• Perform duties in ERP and warehouse systems as needed.
• Assist in inventory control and maintain clean, organized facilities.
