Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and are able to read and follow SOPs and quality checks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment.
• Sanitize and clean equipment and facilities per safety and quality policies.
• Conduct quality checks and sampling to ensure product specifications.
• Record data and adjust processes based on observations and data.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to optimize line performance.
• Start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers as needed.
• Prepare, stage, and verify raw materials and packaging materials.
• Identify and address potential problems and defects.
