MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in El Paso, TX. The role emphasizes material handling, inventory control, and housekeeping to ensure line readiness.

The position is a 12-month contract, 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $16-$20 per hour. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-site training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack to move inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and housekeeping standards.

Job Description

• This position is responsible for the retrieval and control of Raw Material for the daily line functions in manufacturing. Daily cleaning of kitting areas including removal of cardboard and trash. And any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Pull raw material from the warehouse for manufacturing.
• Empty large trash and cardboard bins.
• Sweep floors to maintain proper housekeeping requirement.
• Pull pallets to lines from staging area.
• Attends training sessions as directed.
• Helps train production operators as directed.

Education And/or Experience

• High school education or equivalent
• One or more years of warehouse and manufacturing experience preferred.

Language Skills

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to supervisor, management, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

• Ability to complete basic math calculations. Convert English units of measure to metric.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense when carrying out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to be a self-starter with the initiative to perform job responsibilities without direct supervision. Accuracy, completeness, and attention to detail are essential.

Physical Demands

• The employee is often required to stand and reach with hands, arms, and lifts and/or moves up to 30 pounds.
• Employee is required to meet with other personnel in other areas of the building.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
• Employee is required to operate all types of material handling equipment.

Work Environment

• A person in this job will occasionally be exposed to moderate to occasionally loud noise and will work near moving equipment.
• This is a manufacturing warehouse environment.
