Job summary

Medical Devices Company in El Paso, TX, is seeking an Entry-Level Warehouse Operator for a 12-month contract on W2. Shift: 1st, 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week.

You will work under general supervision, handle inbound/outbound shipments, maintain logs, and support receiving and distribution functions with safety and accuracy as priorities. The role requires forklift experience, a high school diploma, and basic math, with safe operation of all required equipment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required; sit-down/stand-up types preferred.
• Operator license is preferred.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic are required.
• Must be able to safely operate all required equipment.
• Must pay continuous attention to detailed operations.

Responsibilities

• Work on moderately complex assignments with attention to deviation from standard practice.
• Logistics: locate, package, move, and release materials accurately.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• May receive general supervision on routine tasks.
• Prepare goods for final shipment domestically and internationally.
• Keep accurate logs (written and on computer).
• Be knowledgeable of receiving and/or distribution functions.
• Possibly conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to meet goals.
• Make effective decisions aligned with position requirements.
