Job summary

Gehl Foods is seeking a Warehouse Operator to accurately process orders in the Partial Pallet area and manage loading/unloading of goods. You’ll use handheld scanners and the Ross ERP system to ensure inventory accuracy and proper movement of materials.

The role requires forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and a reliable, team-oriented work style in a fast-paced production environment. This is a full-time position with room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift/reach truck experience preferred.
• Ability to use ERP, scanners and Windows-based systems.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and stand 8+ hours.
• Team-player mindset with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in Partial Pallet area; pick, pack, wrap to spec.
• Unload, inspect ingredients, packaging materials, pallets.
• Load finished goods to ship to customers/locations.
• Support inventory rotation and paperwork for movements.
• Assist Operations, FSQ, R&D and other teams as needed.
• Use handheld scanners, Ross ERP and related tech.

Shift/Schedule: 3rd Shift/10pm - 6:30am

Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $19/hour (+ based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Accurately process customer orders in the Partial Pallet area. Pick, pack and wrap finished goods to order specification
• Unload, validate, and inspect ingredients, packaging materials, pallets
• Unload and load various finished goods to ship to our customers and other warehouse locations
• Support proper inventory rotation
• Process all necessary paperwork for material and finished good movements
• Support team members in Operations, FSQ, R&D, and other areas of Gehl Foods
• Ability to use handheld scanners, Ross ERP system, and other technology critical for this role

What You'll Need

• Forklift/Reach Truck experience
• Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus- but not required!
• Ability to support warehouse functions in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use various computer systems, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Warehouse and Inventory systems, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs)
