Job Description

This is a 2nd shift role with the hours of 2:30pm to 10:30pm. Warehouse responsibilities include stocking and delivering goods to the production floor.

Job Title

Warehouse Operator - 2nd shift

Role Responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking, checking, and stocking materials, recording items taken from inventory, and documenting completion. Completing orders by picking, wrapping, or packing in shipping containers.
• Addressing and labeling packages, computing freight rates, recording shipment weights and costs.
• Sorting, organizing, and labeling items with inventory codes for easy retrieval.
• Fulfilling customer orders accurately against pick tickets, including printing, picking, packing, data entry, and manifesting, ensuring correct order and invoicing.
• Ensuring efficient, accurate, and cost-effective completion of orders while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (REQUIRED)
• 2+ years experience in a warehouse setting
• Experience operating a forklift and stock picker (preferred)
• Basic computer skills (required), familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred)
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for the role, with or without accommodations.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position based in Reedsville, PA. The role requires working in-person at least 3 days per week, depending on the team structure.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range in PA is $17.75 - $26.19, plus overtime. Compensation varies based on experience and other factors. Benefits include PTO, 401k, HSA, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.

Additional Information

US work authorization is required. No relocation benefits are provided. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Reedsville, PA. The position remains active for 45 days or until filled.
