Warehouse Operator

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $23.90 - $25.45 per hour; $1.50 shift differential for 2nd Shift

Shift: 1st and 2nd Shifts, Monday - Friday

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center Division, based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Responsibilities

1. Learn and efficiently perform in all areas of assigned pick zones.

Qualifications

Skills/Requirements

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.

• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Physical capability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including bending, lifting, and pushing weight.

• Ability to operate all PIVs as required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work independently and in team settings.

• Flexibility to work in other zones as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Successful completion of drug screening and background check.

• Reliability in attendance and work performance.

• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
