The primary purpose of this position is to manage all warehouse functions as directed by the warehouse manager, upholding Hydrite’s “Standards of Excellence” through a continuous commitment to customer satisfaction, both internal and external.

Hours

2:30pm-11pm

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial forklift following all Hydrite safety values.
• Complete daily warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
• Set up and stage loads as directed.
• Load and unload trucks, LTL, and shuttles.
• Accurately complete paperwork.
• Perform daily computer transactions in the M3 system.
• Conduct daily forklift and safety inspections.
• Perform product inspections to meet quality standards.
• Wear PPE as per Hydrite policies.
• Complete monthly trainings as required.
• Operate packaging equipment.
• Store products safely and according to SOPs.
• Move materials using forklifts.
• Perform cleaning tasks.
• Prepare shipping and receiving documents.
• Report food safety problems.
• Participate in Milwaukee’s Emergency Response Team.
• Follow all safety and RCEP policies.

Reporting Structure

• Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Experience and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory rules, D.O.T. regulations.
• Class A CDL preferred, with hazardous and tanker endorsements.
• Good communication skills, fluent in English.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, climb stairs for up to 10 hours.
• Lift 100 pounds frequently.
• Unload drums with a barrel cart.
• Manual dexterity, occasional bending and reaching.
• Wear protective gear, including hairnet, beard net, and PPE.
• Work in high-temperature, uncooled warehouse.
