Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Orlando to support daily warehouse operations and act as a floor leader-in-training. This role performs hands-on tasks while helping guide associates, maintain workflow accuracy, and uphold safety and productivity standards.

The position is not a people manager but offers growth toward a Team Lead or Supervisor role. Requires 1–3 years in warehousing, forklift experience, RF scanner familiarity, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing; e-commerce warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, etc., preferred.
• Strong learning ability to quickly master WMS, SOPs, and on-site operational processes.
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution; able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills; able to assist Team Leads in training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Experience using RF Scanner.
• Ability to handle materials safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills; collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Warehouse Operator

Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations and act as a floor leader-in-training. This role performs hands‑on warehouse work while helping guide associates, maintain workflow accuracy, and support safety and productivity standards. The Warehouse Operator is not a people manager, but is expected to demonstrate leadership, reliability, and problem‑solving skills. This role is ideal for experienced warehouse associates ready to take the next step toward a Team Lead or Supervisor position.

What You’ll Do:

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing; e-commerce warehouse experience preferred;
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, etc., preferred;
• Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering WMS, SOPs, and on‑site operational processes;
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to adapt to a fast‑paced, high‑intensity work environment;
• Strong ability to handle pressure and a strong sense of teamwork;
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to assist Team Leads in training new hires and following up on on‑site anomalies;
• Bilingual Mandarin Preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
