Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Warehouse Operator to perform daily warehouse tasks, operate equipment, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow SOPs, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with the China-based merchant service team to keep operations running smoothly. This full‑time hourly role offers competitive pay and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse tasks: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and loading/unloading.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) as certified.
• Follow SOPs and client requirements to ensure order accuracy and productivity targets.
• Coordinate with China-based merchant service team and assist with training and coaching on SOPs.
• Monitor workflow, flag delays, and act as point-of-contact when supervisors are off the floor.
