Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Atlanta, GA. This full-time, hourly role involves daily warehouse tasks including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and loading/unloading.

You will operate pallets jacks and forklifts, adhere to SOPs and client requirements, and help maintain inventory accuracy and safety. Join a fast-paced team that values efficiency, teamwork, and adherence to 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and distribution centers.
• Proficiency with order fulfillment and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse work.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse tasks: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and loading/unloading.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) as certified.
• Follow SOPs, WMS instructions, and client requirements to ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and monitor workflow for delays or issues.
• Support team leads and supervisors in daily floor operations and training.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards across the floor.
• Assist with basic reporting and shift handoffs.

About The Team

Warehouse Operator

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Employment Type: Full-Time / Hourly

Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

Operations

• Perform daily warehouse tasks including:
• Receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and loading/unloading
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) as certified
• Follow SOPs, WMS instructions, and client requirements
• Ensure order accuracy and meet productivity targets
• Coordinate with China-based merchant service team
  

Floor Support & Leadership

• Support Team Leads/Supervisors in managing daily floor operations
• Assist with:
• Assigning tasks and work zones
• Training new hires and coaching associates on SOPs
• Monitoring workflow and flagging delays or issues
• Act as point-of-contact when supervisors are off the floor

Quality & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and warehouse policies
• Identify and report safety risks, damaged goods, or process gaps
• Maintain cleanliness and organization (5S standards)
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy

Communication & Reporting

• Communicate operational issues clearly to leadership
• Assist with basic reporting (attendance, productivity, exceptions)
• Help ensure shift handoffs are accurate and complete

About You

• Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to handle materials safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
