Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics, part of JD.com, seeks a Warehouse Operator in Orlando to support daily warehouse operations and act as a floor leader-in-training. This role offers hands-on duties, guides associates, and ensures accurate workflows with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in warehousing or logistics, familiarity with WMS/SOPs, and strong teamwork. The position pays hourly and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems desirable.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations and assist team leads in training new hires.
• Maintain workflow accuracy and support safety and productivity standards.
• Assist with order fulfillment processes and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to resolve on-site issues.

This role performs hands-on warehouse work while helping guide associates, maintain workflow accuracy, and support safety and productivity standards. The Warehouse Operator is not a people manager, but is expected to demonstrate leadership, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
