Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The Pryor, OK site is an onsite, collaborative warehouse role focused on inventory control and efficiency.

You will monitor stock, track materials, and ensure safe, accurate handling within a high-performing team. Requirements include a high school diploma and experience in warehouse or inventory roles; experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or material handling preferred.
• Ability to accurately manage inventory records and transactions.
• Proficiency with inventory systems, ERP systems, or warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for production and demand.
• Track the flow of materials and products throughout warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal partners for timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and document inventory transactions.
• Perform inventory counts, reconciliations, and stock accuracy checks.
• Analyze inventory data and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specs.
• Prepare, package, and stage outgoing materials for shipment.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
