Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is seeking a Warehouse Operator in North PA to perform responsibilities including movement of products, receiving/shipping accuracy, and adhering to GMP and safety standards.

You will operate forklift, complete RF scanner and SAP transactions, stock replenishment, packing orders, labeling, and maintain a clean, safe work area while reporting to shift leader.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems and improve procedures.
• Accurate completion of picking, weighing, packing and stock location tasks.
• Capability to operate forklift safely and follow GMP/ISO guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform replenishment of reservoirs and material movements.
• Handle loading/unloading, packing orders, and stock verification.
• Record transactions in RF scanner and SAP systems.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and adhere to GMP guidelines.

As a Warehouse Operator in North PA you will perform manual duties related to movement of products and materials; verify the physical accuracy of the shipping and receiving function.

Perform all warehouse operations including, but not limited to, replenishment of reservoirs, breakdown of materials, material movements and SAP transactions.

Responsible for safe operation of fork lift to retrieve materials from the warehouse when necessary.

Maintain safe working environment, utilize appropriate safety equipment and proactively improve the safety culture of the department.

Maintain processing area and equipment in a clean, sanitary and presentable condition; adhere to good Manufacturing Practices and exemplary housekeeping standards.

You will report to the shift leader or supervisor and learn new skills to stay current with the needs of the position in a changing environment.

2. What Makes You the Right Fit

Ability and willingness to work as part of a team to solve problems, develop procedures, and recommend improvements.

Thoroughly and accurately complete all assigned work including picking stocks and weighing out batches, loading and unloading lorries, packing orders, taking samples, and locating and picking stock in a safe/productive/quality/accountable manner and ensures associated stock accuracy where applicable during the shift.

Performs assigned work picking and weighing out materials

Following GMP/AIB/ISO guidelines and accurately perform RF Scanner and SAP Transactions
