Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment and processing systems safely and efficiently.
  • Follow daily production schedules to meet quality, yield, and productivity targets.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor critical process parameters and make adjustments to maintain product specifications.
  • Complete production, quality, and traceability documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support food safety and quality programs by preventing contamination and adhering to GMP standards.
  • Participate in sanitation and cleaning activities to maintain a safe and hygienic production environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality.

The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.
