Job summary

Zohorecruit in Plano, TX is seeking a Warehouse Setup & Operations leader to design and run B2B wholesale fulfillment. You will develop scalable layouts, implement WMS, and enforce safety and quality standards while guiding daily execution.

This role requires 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory experience, knowledge of retailer routing guides, and strong data‑driven decision making. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a collaborative, hands‑on leadership style is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design warehouse layouts optimized for B2B wholesale volumes (receiving, bulk storage, pick/pack, staging).
• Implement WMS platforms and establish SOPs for all warehouse functions including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, safety protocols, and quality control standards across all operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and reduce costs.
• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment ensuring compliance with routing guides and labeling requirements.
• Oversee EDI workflows and ASN transmission to prevent chargebacks and maintain vendor scorecards.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
• Handle retailer-specific requirements including custom labeling and packaging specifications.
• Source and manage carrier relationships to secure rates and service.
• Schedule daily outbound shipments and verify shipping documentation.

Education & Experience

• Direct B2B wholesale fulfillment experience with retailer routing guide and vendor compliance knowledge
