Job summary

Sanwa Technologies, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a Warehouse Leader to design scalable B2B wholesale fulfillment processes, implement WMS platforms, and drive safety‑driven operational excellence across receiving, storage, and shipping.

You will own end‑to‑end order fulfillment, ensure routing‑guide and labeling compliance, manage carrier relationships, oversee EDI and ASN workflows, and build a culture of accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement with a dedicated warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years warehouse/logistics experience with 1–2 years supervisory.
• Direct B2B wholesale fulfillment experience with routing guide knowledge.
• Proven experience with warehouse setup or significant operational improvements.
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (NetSuite, Manhattan) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design warehouse layouts optimized for B2B wholesale volumes (receiving, bulk storage, pick/pack, staging).
• Implement WMS platforms and SOPs for all warehouse functions including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, safety protocols, and quality control standards across all operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and reduce operational costs.
• Manage end‑to‑end order fulfillment ensuring compliance with routing guides and labeling requirements.
• Oversee EDI workflows and ASN transmission to prevent chargebacks and maintain vendor scorecards.

Physical Requirements
