Warehouse Operator

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation: $22.15

Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00AM - 3:00PM

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties as assigned by supervision.
  • Pass “Joey” PIV operator training.
  • Use “Joey” PIV truck to locate, electronically scan, and pick required components from assigned locations as printed on computer-generated pick, replenishment lists, or build sheets.
  • Follow assembly SOPs when building products, including reporting exceptions, quality issues, and problems to supervision.
  • Master simple builds for decorative products, including combining components, following installation guides, and re-labeling.
  • Master medium skill-level builds for decorative products, including full assembly of components, handle swaps, gluing, water testing, and/or air testing.

Qualifications
Skills/Requirements
  • Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
Additional Requirements
  • Physical capability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
  • Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
  • Reliable attendance and work performance.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
