Job description

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing to a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for warehouse activities such as receiving, handling, and distribution of raw materials and finished products.
  2. Manage inventory accurately, perform physical inventory control, and execute transactions in the Warehouse Management System.
  3. Conduct warehouse activities including receiving, storage, dispatching, auditing, and shipping according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  4. Receive Raw Materials and Miscellaneous Materials (MROs) timely and according to internal customer needs.
  5. Ensure proper identification, storage, and issuance of Raw Materials and MROs.
  6. Support manufacturing lines to prevent delays in the production process.
  7. Manage storage and shipment of finished products, ensuring parcels and finished products are shipped on time.
  8. Record all necessary entries in the Warehouse Management System to maintain accurate inventory data.
  9. Seek efficiencies and best practices in warehousing activities and inventory control.
  10. Maintain assigned 6S tools.
  11. Operate forklifts, electric pallets jacks, and electric stand-up forklifts.
  12. Follow and ensure compliance with EHS, Quality, Procurement, and other applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  13. Perform activities related to EHSS, Quality, and SOPs.
  14. Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager, Supervisor, or Group Leader.
Qualifications:
  1. Technical or associate degree.
  2. 1-3 years of related experience.
  3. Basic knowledge of cGMP.
  4. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  5. Knowledge of IT or computerized systems.
  6. Knowledge and expertise in Lean Six Sigma tools.
  7. Ability to interpret and convert units of measure such as temperature, pressure, flow, area, mass, distance, and volume.
  8. Capability to operate automatic and semi-automatic equipment.
  9. Ability to operate forklifts, electric pallets jacks, and electric stand-up forklifts.
  10. Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and EHSS regulations.
