Kerry Group’s Banks Crossing facility is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role helps ensure efficient order fulfillment and accurate materials handling across the warehouse.

The position requires physical stamina, forklift certification, and flexibility with shifts, including possible night hours. A proactive, safety-first approach and reliable work ethic are essential for success at Kerry Group.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Assists with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations
• Helps to efficiently carry out all product loading and unloading tasks
• Scans and tracks incoming and outgoing orders
• Receives and processes new inventory, ensuring contents match manifest documents
• Unloads, stacks, moves, and places products in designated areas
• Moves and transfers products between various sections of the warehouse as needed
• Uses forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, etc. to transfer and deliver goods
• Performs specific manual inventory counts
• Stacks, shelves, and stages items for storage and shipments as necessary
• Fulfills and tracks outgoing orders
• Collects, prepares, packages, and labels goods for shipment
• Staging materials needed for production in to Manufacturing orders.
• Creating transfer packets needed for the transfer of material to Manufacturing Orders.

The Warehouse Operative plays an important role in ensuring Kerry’s warehouse operates with optimum precision and efficiency, helping to fulfill orders and prepare them for shipment

Key responsibilities

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
